Corporate Quality Control Executive - Own & 3rd Party Manufactured.

Role & responsibilities

• Quality Control Inspection: Conduct thorough quality control inspections for both in-house and third-party manufactured products. Ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Product Testing: Perform routine testing (physical, chemical, and functional) to ensure products meet defined specifications. Document test results and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify and report any deviations from quality standards, document non-conformances, and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Vendor & Supplier Quality Assurance: Collaborate with third-party manufacturers to ensure quality standards are maintained. Perform audits, assess quality control systems, and provide feedback to suppliers for continuous quality improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze any quality issues or defects, using tools like root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques to determine corrective actions.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all products, both internal and third-party, comply with relevant quality standards, certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA), and industry regulations. Maintain records of compliance for auditing purposes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance, highlighting trends, issues, and improvements to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Quality Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control, preferably in both in-house and third-party manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA, GMP).
• Experience with product testing, inspections, and non-conformance management.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and software (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC, ERP systems).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
