Role Description

We seek an experienced IT Recruiter/Team lead to oversee daily Operations, Recruitments ensuring seamless execution of processes, Compliance, and Efficiency. This onsite role is based in Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow.

Working experience on Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn with client like Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, LTI, Mindtree etc. Working experience into technical IT Requirement and SAP Requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end Operations and Recruitment including background verification, recruitment, document verification and onboarding.

Working experience on Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.

Assist recruitment team in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer generation.

Verify employee documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate induction and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee integration.

Manage employee timesheets, ensuring accurate data capture and compliance.

Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Go-getter attitude.

Essential Skills

4-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Domestic).

Willingness to lead a team and coordinate with client spoc.

Familiarity with IT recruitment, document verification, and onboarding processes.

Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
