Job Description
The Key Account Manager (KAM) acts as the primary business liaison between MoveInSync and its clients, driving engagement, building relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities. The KAM also ensures smooth product implementation and collaborates with Product TAMs to resolve any issues.
- Develop and execute quarterly account strategies to optimize client processes and maximize product use.
- Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing client gaps, tools, and teams.
- Manage contract renewals, ensuring mutual benefit.
- Lead stakeholder mapping, business reviews, and content engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate product proof of concepts (POCs) and launch events to boost adoption.
- Oversee product implementations, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
- 4-5 years of experience in key account management, customer success, or tech sales (Big 4 firm experience preferred)
- Experience in digital transformation and managing tech implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage large clients and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis
