V) Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work in direct contact with assigned clients (Existing & New) and cater to all Sales activities with each of them.
- Analyze client business, goals, strategies, industry trends and direction to develop compelling value propositions for the client that result in a win.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of Targets.
- Grow opportunity pipeline with existing & new logos.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to client needs , queries , concerns / complaints and facilitate for resolution aiming customer contentment and the preservation of the companys reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- The goal is to ensure long-term profitable Business acquisition by relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction to preserve and accelerate our companys development
VI) Qualification & Prerequisites:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Engineering; Post-Graduation in Business Administration is preferred
- Overall 6-8 years experience in Sales / Business development, with minimum 4 years in banking vertical around Applications, Technology Services including Core Banking Solutions.
- Good level of CXO connects / relationship with Banking customer segment Scheduled Bank & Co operative Banks.
- Track record of Individual performance.
- Strong understanding of Domestic Banking Landscape & Staying updated evolving Banking Technologies.
- Proficiency in showcasing organization capabilities, proposal development and presentations in collaboration with the Delivery teams.
