Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project sales within the Delhi NCR region, focusing on institutional clients, architects, consultants, PMCs, and builder specifiers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote and specify company products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B and institutional sales channels.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to clients during the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and maintain client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BTech in [Specify relevant field, e.g., Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical].
• 2-4 years of experience in project sales, B2B sales, or institutional sales, preferably through architects, consultants, or PMCs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with hardcore sales.
• Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler and be open to extensive travel across Delhi NCR.
