Location: Gurgaon (Head Office)

Salary Range: ₹35,000 ₹45,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand's identity to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
2. Oversee and maintain attendance records of store staff to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Maintain and analyze customer data, size measurements, and feedback to optimize product displays and store layouts.
4. Assess consumer demand and market trends to determine which products to stock and display across retail stores.
5. Collaborate with store managers to ensure merchandise is well-stocked, styled, and displayed properly.
6. Train store teams to maintain visual merchandising standards and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
7. Style mannequins and in-store displays in alignment with brand styling guidelines.
8. Monitor footage of retail stores to provide feedback and training to staff.
9. Conduct interviews and assist in recruiting new sales personnel for the retail stores.
10. Stay updated on the latest trends in visual merchandising to keep the stores fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in basic computer usage, including Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience working with Indian ethnic clothing, with a deep understanding of fabric, style, and presentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
