As a Commercial & Contracting Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the best deals for the companys travel services. Your role involves securing contracts with hotels, airlines, and other vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service offerings for customers.

Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate and manage contracts with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.).

2. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.

4. Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and offerings.

5. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align contracts with customer needs.

6. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

7. Prepare and maintain reports on contracts, pricing, and market conditions.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.

* Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

* Experience in contract management or commercial roles is an advantage.
