Job Title: Head of R&D and Quality-Rubber sheet manufacturing

Job Overview:

The head of R&D and quality will lead the innovation,development,and quality assurance process in rubber sheet manufacturing, This role innvoles overseeing new product development, process optimization, quality control systems,and complinace with industry standards.The ideal candidates will bring cutting-edge expertise in rubber technology, driving innovation and maintaning high product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Development (R&D):

• Innovation: Lead the development of new rubber formulations and product lines to meet market demands.
• Optimization: Optimize formulations and processes for cost-effectiveness and performance
• Collaborations: Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirments and deliver tailor-made solution.
• Technology Trends: Stay updated on global trends in rubber technology and incorporate them into the R&D strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Rubber Technology, Polymer science, or related fields. Diploma with good experience valid too.
• Experience:8-10 years of experience in rubber manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in R&D or QA.
• Technical Expertise: in depth knowledge of rubber compounding, testing and processing/ Familiarity with EPDM,NR,SBR, and other rubber types./Proficiency inn using analytical tools likes FTIR,DSC, and rheometers
• Soft Skills:- Strong analyticals skills, leadership,problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a rubber sheet manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of innovation and process improvement.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in rubber technology
• Knowledge of lean processes
