Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end requirements of assigned clients, acting as their dedicated support.
Analyze data, incentive plans, and review them in collaboration with the Client.
Work with the Client to define timelines and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines with the right quality.
Understand incentive compensation data, rules, and processes.
Interpret client requirements and translate them into system design specifications.
Collaborate with clients to implement, configure, and support their global incentive compensation programs and processes.
Effectively communicate project proposals, analysis, design, outputs, and business insights.
Track, prioritize, and resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor client health, including product usage and engagement metrics, and take proactive measures to improve it.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
Work with the team/client to identify and resolve various data-related issues/questions.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer-relationship skills.
Should be Proactive, Self-motivated and detail oriented.
Should be able to adapt to a high paced start-up environment of learning and execution.
Should be a team player who strives for excellence & comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
Self-motivated and detail oriented

Technical skills- SQL, Excel. Advance Excel will be a plus. Prior experience in the SaaS industry would be an advantage.
Understanding of the Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management space is an added advantage

Experience:1-3 years with prior experience in incentive compensation.

Additional requirements:
Flexible with working hours to accommodate client needs across different time zones.
