About the Role:
- The Research Analyst II plays a crucial role in driving impactful market research and analysis at Ken Research.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Scoping & Planning:
- Actively participate in the scoping and planning of research projects, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Data Collection & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth secondary research using various sources (databases, industry publications, government reports, etc.
- Design and execute primary research methodologies (surveys, interviews, focus groups) to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data into structured formats (Excel spreadsheets, databases).
- Analyze and interpret data using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards throughout the research process.
Deliverable Development:
- Create comprehensive and insightful research reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Develop and present key findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to effectively communicate complex data and insights.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and presentation of research findings.
Investment & Forecasting Models:
- Develop and maintain financial models, including market sizing, revenue projections, and investment appraisals.
- Conduct market opportunity assessments and identify potential growth areas.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members (Associates and Analysts) in their research and analytical tasks.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of research methodologies and best practices within the team.
Business Development Support:
- Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing and client presentations, as needed.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Eligibility:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Market Research, or related fields.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Market Research, Business Consulting, or a related role.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies (e.g., desk research, surveys, interviews).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
