Job Description
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, email, and correspondence
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries, and prepare materials for these events
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle confidential information and maintain the discretion required to support high-level executives
- Manage the executive's incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone, and mail
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other executives
- Ensure that the executive's office is running efficiently and effectively, and manage the flow of information and requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, such as email and calendaring software
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented
