Key Responsibilities.

Develop and apply novel single cell analysis techniques using generative AI tools..

Collaborate with experts to advance cell annotation, batch integration, cell classification, and multimodal analysis..

Drive discovery and translational science projects aimed at target identification and patient stratification..

Qualifications:.

PhD in Computational Biology, Data Science, or Computer Science..

At least 2 years of experience in single cell analysis projects..

Proficiency with single cell analysis tools (e.g., Scanpy, Seurat, scGPT, GeneFormer)..

Strong Python programming skills..

In-depth knowledge of pipeline development and bioinformatics analysis..

Preferred background in Immunology, Oncology, or Neuroscience..

Nice to Have:.

Experience with single-cell annotation resources (e.g., cellstar, CellMarker, PanglaoDB)..

Familiarity with graphical Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Holoviews)..

Experience with cytometry or spatial omics data analysis..

Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)..

Strong academic research and technical communication skills..
