Senior Software Test Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior QA Engineer role at Kefi Tech, based in Kochi

Position : Senior QA Engineer.

Location : Kochi (Onsite).

Experience : 6 to 10 years.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Understand requirements and clarify queries with clients.

- Identify and assess risks.

- Prepare test reports and test cases.

- Execute tests, report bugs, and ensure resolution.

- Coordinate QA activities within the project.

- Provide regular status updates.

- Automate regression test cases.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Proficiency in Selenium and/or Cucumber (or other relevant test automation frameworks).

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.

- Programming proficiency in Java or C#.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with REST API testing.

- Knowledge of Security Testing best practices.

- Experience with Performance Testing.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira).
