Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent from various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events .
  
• Manage candidate pipeline by screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
