1) To ensure Safety inside the company through Gemba Walk and internal audits (Safety Audits and 5S Audits).
2) To Conduct the Safety Mock drills & Handling of Fire Fighting System.
3) To provide the Induction training of new joiners & Visitors.
4)To monitor the Work Permit System.
5) Investigations & reporting of Accidents & Fatality.
6) Regular checking of First aid and keeping a Medical Record.
7) Handling of Statutory compliance.
8) To conduct the Safety committee meetings.
9) To Maintainthe record EHS Committee MOMs.
10) To Focus on new innovations for safety.
11) To provide the Trainings to Security Team
12) Meetings with Security Team
13) Skill Development & Montoriting of Security Team
14) Do the Safety Parameters of day & night of all plants .
