Male Telecaller Executive

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Male Telecaller Executive with 1 to 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and clients. The role requires immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
• Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate call records and update databases.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to engage customers effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in telecalling.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• Age :- 22 to 45 Years.
• Duty Time :- 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
