Senior DevOps Engineer - Configuration Management Tools (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive the automation, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and infrastructure automation.

The ideal candidate is an expert in cloud environments, containerization, and DevOps practices, with a passion for optimizing systems and ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality software.

Infrastructure Automation : Design and implement automated solutions for infrastructure management, configuration, and deployment, using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

CI/CD Pipeline Management : Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and scalable software delivery.

Monitoring and Alerting : Set up monitoring and alerting systems for proactive system health checks, using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.

Containerization and Orchestration : Manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools, ensuring effective orchestration and deployment.

Security and Compliance : Implement security best practices and compliance protocols within the DevOps workflows, ensuring data protection and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with Development Teams : Work closely with developers to ensure infrastructure and deployment readiness, identify bottlenecks, and promote a DevOps culture across the organization.

Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing and standardization.

Required Skills and Qualifications : .

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 5+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or a related role, with a strong focus on infrastructure automation and continuous integration.

Technical Skills : .

Cloud Services : Deep experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or CloudFormation.

CI/CD Tools : Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or other CI/CD platforms.

Containerization : Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for managing and scaling containerized applications.

Scripting and Automation : Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages for automating repetitive tasks.

Monitoring Tools : Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
