React Developer

Kavayah IT Solutions is looking for a React Developer to join our Hyderabad team and contribute to the development of LawBotica, an AI-driven legal automation platform developed in collaboration with Kavayah Labs. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications and a strong understanding of front-end technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain React-based front-end components for LawBotica.
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance UI features.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize data flow.
• Enhance the user experience by working closely with UI/UX designers.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or simila libraries.
• Optimize application performance and resolve UI-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in React.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, or SSO).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A working knowledge of Python is a plus
• A basic understanding of Cloud services and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Framer Motion for UI animations.
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.).
• Understandingof Explainable AI (XAI) concepts.
