THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Vlocity Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce Vlocity and demonstrate expertise in building and customizing applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will play a key role in developing, integrating, and maintaining Salesforce solutions for our clients, enabling them to solve complex business and technology challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU'LL DO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement Salesforce Velocity solutions using Vlocity DataRaptor/Omni DataMapper, OmniScript, Omnistudio Flexcards and Vlocity Integration Procedures.
• Salesforce integration with external systems using the omnistudio(using integration procedure,Script ).
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of FlexCards and OmniScripts in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and manage data security (profiles, permission sets, roles).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain Apex code, Visualforc pages, Lightning components, and custom automations to enhance functionality.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, or middleware (REST/SOAP protocols).
• Manage and manipulate data within Salesforce, utilizing tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and other data transformation tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to implement solutions that meet business needs.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED - WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on Salesforce development role with minimum two years of strong experience in Salesforce velocity/OmniStudio, including data architecture and management.
• Proficiency in omnistudio, data integration, migration, and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
