Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, establish key partnerships, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance business strategies.
Required Skillset:
- Strong expertise in B2B/B2C sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
