Cloud Architect

Kavi India Software Technologies is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in cloud architecture, a proven track record in designing cloud environments, and the ability to lead a team of developers and engineers. As a Cloud Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cloud strategy, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud infrastructure


Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and robust cloud architectures
Cloud Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, management, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure
Security: Ensure that cloud environments comply with security standards and best practices
Cost Optimization: Manage cloud costs and optimize infrastructure to balance performance and cost-effectiveness
Integration: Facilitate the integration of cloud services with on-premises systems and third-party services
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for cloud-based projects and initiatives
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and continuously improve cloud architecture and practices
Requirements:. Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years in IT, with at least 5-7 years in cloud architecture roles
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Architectural Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles, patterns, and best practices
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of cloud engineers and developers
Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Terraform, Ansible), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Security: Deep understanding of cloud security principles and practices
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
Certifications: Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:. Experience with hybrid cloud environments
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of networking and infrastructure as code is a plus
Experience in a leadership role leading a mid to large team cross functional team
