Accounts Receivable (Executive/Sr. Executive)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, credit control, and collections.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments through various channels (cash, check, card).
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries from customers regarding their orders or payments.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or billing discrepancies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in accountancy or finance role.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
