Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with business goals. Plan and execute experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities for growth. Manage and scale digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, email, and content marketing. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Optimize and scale customer acquisition strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, affiliate programs, and partnerships. Focus on improving customer retention through personalized marketing campaigns, user onboarding, and engagement strategies. Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads through the funnel and increase lifetime value (LTV). Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze marketing performance using metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), conversion rates, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum growth. Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives, and continuously adjust tactics to meet objectives. Performance Optimization & Testing: Conduct regular A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, email campaigns, and other marketing assets. Continuously optimize the customer journey, reducing friction and improving conversion rates at every stage of the funnel. Leverage data to refine target audience segments, ensuring that marketing efforts are tailored and personalized. Growth Funnel Management: Manage the entire growth funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring an efficient and seamless process. Identify key points in the funnel where drop-offs occur and develop strategies to minimize churn and increase conversions. Work closely with the product and sales teams to improve the overall customer experience and reduce friction points. Brand & Market Expansion: Lead efforts to expand brand reach and awareness in existing markets, as well as identify and enter new markets. Collaborate with product marketing to ensure that growth campaigns align with product messaging and positioning. Manage content marketing efforts (blog, video, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and SEO rankings. Budget & Resource Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across channels to maximize growth. Optimize spending on paid acquisition channels and evaluate ROI to ensure the cost-effectiveness of campaigns. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, and leadership, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate campaign results and performance to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for future growth strategies.
