Finance Manager

Profile A : M.Com, B.Com, M.Com, CA or Costing Inter Age 40-45 years with 15-20 years experience

• Degree Course (3-year) - FULL TIME course (not remote or part time)
• CA Inter completed or CA-final partially passed
• Currently at Manager or Senior Manager level

OR
Profile B : Chartered or Cost Accountant, Inter-CA or Cost, Age 28-32 years with 8-10 years experience

• Monthly Accounts closing :
• Sales & purchase accounting , expenditure & provisions, trial balance, department-wise accounting, closing stock, capital expenditure
• Review of GL & Sub-ledgers (Creditors, service providers, debtors, bank reconciliation , large volume billing on members )

• MIS & Budgeting : monthly profit & loss division wise , variance analysis
• Annual accounts closing & statutory audit : schedules, sub-schedules, fixed assets
• Statutory Compliances : income tax (TDS & Assessments) , GST (Returns) , PF

• ERP & computer systems environment ; systems & procedures, internal audit
• Team size managed : 4-6 persons

Organisation exposure :

• Commercial , Manufacturing, Contracting, Services : Rs 50-200 Crores
• Charitable institution / Not-for-profit / Educational : Annual spend of Rs 40-50 crores

Preference :

• Residing within 5-6 km of Domlur (Indira Nagar, Koramangala, Halsuru, HSR Layout, Shivaji Nagar)
