HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among teaching and non-teaching staff.

Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and ensure alignment.

Organize and manage staff meetings, training sessions, and feedback discussions.

Foster a positive work culture by promoting transparency and resolving conflicts promptly.

Maintain records of communication, attendance, and employee engagement activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

HR Background

Minimum 2-5 years of experience.

Good in English

Passionate, creative, and empathetic approach towards staff.
