ERP and IT Executive

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware and software.
• Ensure the availability, performance and security of the IT systems and infrastructure.
• Plan and implement upgrades, patches and replacements as required.
• Monitor and resolve IT-related issues and provide timely technical support to users.

ERP System Management:

• Manage and administer the company's ERP system, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness utilization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and understand business process requirements.
• Configure, customize and maintain the ERP system to align with business needs.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure proper system usage.

IT Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management to define IT budgets and manages IT resources effectively.
• Provide recommendations for improving IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.

Data Management and Security

• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of company data.
• Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery. recovery procedures.
• Monitor and manage data storage, ensuring scalability and efficient utilization.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Preferred candidate profile

Real estate workflow, SOPs, system administration, and network administration.

Education BCA/ Bsc. Computers

Technical Skills - Ms - Office and Strategic ERP platforms
