Job Description

1. Event management vendor management, logistics, marketing

2. Database management for the company for promotional initiatives

3. Social media marketing and increasing engagement and followers

4. Competitor research – SEO trends, competitor product and marketing analysis

5. Branding for all retail events such as book fairs, pop-up stores – including scouting for such opportunities

6. Planning and executing book launches with varied target audiences

7. Strategy for marketing all digital products such as third-party platforms and apps

8. Partnerships with other children’s brands for mutual benefit

9. Overseeing direct marketing initiatives and Amazon promotions

10. Improving SEO rankings for the company website

11. Marketing calendar for the financial year and budgeting

12. Managing telecalling team and providing guidance, setting targets and tracking revenues

13. Guiding/assisting retail team with marketing ideas and execution

14. Marketing for new imprints and combo packs/box sets

15. Publicity – for company milestones such as awards and anniversaries, regular event listings for storytelling sessions, book launch promotions, media relations and influencer relationships
