Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design & Prototyping:
   
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into intuitive designs.
2. Development:
   
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Optimize UI performance for speed and scalability.
3. User Experience:
   
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine the user experience.
• Analyze user feedback and incorporate it into the design process.
4. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to implement designs effectively.
• Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and usability standards.
5. Innovation:
   
• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Suggest improvements for existing products and solutions.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in UI design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Experience with frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
