Audit Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Income Tax Compliance

• Conduct tax audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Assist clients with IT assessment proceedings and handle all related documentation.

2. GST Compliance

• Manage GST registration, filing, and return submissions (GSTR 9, 9C).
• Address and resolve GST notices and assessment procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS and TCS returns.

3. Internal Audit

• Conduct internal audits to assess financial processes and internal controls.
• Identify areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Statutory Audit

• Conduct statutory audits for companies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

5. ROC Related Work

• Assist in compliance with ROC regulations and filings as required for various entities.

6. Trust Registration & Compliance

• Provide audit and compliance support for trust registrations and related legal requirements.

7. Bookkeeping & Financial Management

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to bookkeeping standards.

8. Project Reporting

• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for client engagements.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Executive to join our dynamic audit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in income tax, GST compliance, internal audits, and statutory audits, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. The candidate should be proficient in bookkeeping and Tally.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit and tax compliance, with hands on experience in at least 3 of the above areas and good exposure in other topics.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Tally is must.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current tax laws and regulations is essential.
