Manager Digital /Social

We are looking for a Digital/Social Media Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing digital news media platforms, particularly YouTube, Facebook, and other social handles. The applicant should have a proven track record of driving organic growth and implementing strategies to maximize audience engagement. Only the Candidate having a prior experience in the similar role with a national television and digital news media organization, should apply to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute campaigns to drive organic growth across YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Manage day-to-day operations of social handles, including content planning, publishing, and monitoring.
• Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate with content teams &marketing team to ensure alignment with brand and editorial guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital content to innovate and engage audiences effectively.
• Manage crises and ensure a positive brand presence across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in managing social media for a national television news media organization.
• Expertise: Proven track record in driving organic growth on YouTube and Facebook.
• Skills: Strong analytical, content management, and platform-specific knowledge (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Personality: Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media analytics tools, content management systems, and video optimization techniques.
