As the Business Operations and Revenue Growth Head at our new initiative, you will play a pivotal role in driving both operational efficiency and revenue growth strategies across our news channel and digital media platforms. You will be instrumental in ensuring the financial sustainability and continued success of our news organization
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence: Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with our company's mission, ensuring seamless content delivery across TV and digital channels.
2. Revenue Generation: Lead revenue generation efforts through advertising, partnerships, subscriptions, and other monetization avenues, with a focus on achieving ambitious revenue targets.
3. Team Leadership: Oversee cross-functional teams responsible for business operations, advertising sales, partnerships, and revenue growth, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
4. Resource Optimization: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology, to support both the operational and revenue growth needs of the organization.
5. Business Development: A Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and business development opportunities to expand our reach and revenue streams.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions, optimize revenue streams, and identify areas for improvement in both operations and revenue generation.
7. Advertising Sales: Lead and support the advertising sales team in developing and executing advertising strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining the integrity of our news content.
8. Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the digital team to enhance the digital media strategy, including the development of innovative monetization models for digital content.
9. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all business operations, including advertising and revenue activities, adhere to ethical and legal standards, including media regulations and industry best practices.
10. Budget Management: Manage the budget for business operations and revenue growth initiatives, optimizing investments to achieve financial objectives
