GEN AI Developer

Location: Chennai/Coimbatore/Pune/Bengaluru/Noida

Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in Generative AI models.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Developer to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing, training, and deploying generative AI models, including those based on machine learning and deep learning. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced AI model development, data processing, and understanding the practical applications of generative AI across various domains. You'll work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to create impactful AI-driven products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development and Optimization

• Design, train, and optimize Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, GANs, Variational Autoencoders) tailored for specific use cases.
• Experiment with different architectures and algorithms to improve model performance and scalability.
• Fine-tune pretrained models and customize them for industry-specific applications.

2. Data Processing and Feature Engineering

• Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for training and evaluation.
• Implement data augmentation and synthetic data generation techniques to enhance model performance.
• Work with data engineers to ensure data quality and efficient processing.

3. Deployment and Integration

• Deploy AI models in production environments using containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with existing applications.
• Develop APIs and services to expose model functionalities.

4. Research and Innovation

• Keep up with the latest advancements in generative AI, such as Diffusion Models, transformers, and multimodal AI.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art techniques and contribute to AI research publications if applicable.
• Innovate on creative solutions for enhancing user experiences and automating workflows through generative AI.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business needs.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other developers and data scientists.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and skill development across the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on generative AI models.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI models.
• Experience with transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and generative models like GANs, VAEs, and Diffusion Models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in Python, with additional knowledge in R, SQL, or C++ as a plus.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
