Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to lead and manage our data-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SQL, PySpark, AWS, Databricks, and Scala, with proven expertise in migration projects and Jira. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage teams, and the capability to contribute individually when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end data analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

- Oversee the development and implementation of data pipelines, ensuring they meet the business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical guidance and expertise.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Utilize SQL, PySpark, AWS, Databricks, and Scala to build and optimize scalable data solutions.

- Handle migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.

- Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.

- Use Jira for project management, tracking progress, and resolving issues.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Contribute as both a team leader and an individual contributor, depending on project needs.
