## Position Overview
We're seeking a Mid Full Stack Developer to join our Agile development team. The role involves working with .NET Core backend and React frontend technologies while actively participating in Scrum practices.

## Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using .NET Core and React
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and trainees
- Conduct code reviews focusing on backend implementations
- Participate in sprint planning and story estimation
- Identify and communicate potential implementation risks early
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions

## Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core Web API development
- Solid experience with MS SQL, including query optimization and stored procedures
- Frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS
- HTML5 and CSS expertise
- Understanding of Scrum development practices

## Desired Technical Skills
- Experience with Azure cloud services:
- Azure SQL Server DB
- Azure Functions
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Cache for Redis
- Azure Storage Account
- Azure Key Vault
