Job description

We are looking for an Executive Export Documentation, candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's export operations. This includes managing shipments, coordinating with customs authorities, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of import and export activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the export processes of goods and materials.
  • Floating enquires & making comparison taking approval from seniors, booking shipment as per readiness of Cargo. Planning/Stuffing on Vessel Gate open date and picking up container accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements
  • Managing ECGC, EBRC & factory stuffing.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary export and import documentation
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of export and import activities
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to export regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize import-export processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain outstanding payment of direct shipment & weekly updating to concerned stakeholders. Sharing Payment or overdue outstanding payment reminder to sales Person and customers
  • Assist with other duties related to international trade and logistics, as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in export operations
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements
  • Knowledge of is mandatory
  • Experience with customs documentation and procedures
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software
