Patent Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patent Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Patent Search and Infringement. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with some of the brightest legal minds in the field.

Requirements: -

Conduct in-depth patent and non-patent literature searches to determine patentability and analyze prior arts for novelty assessments.

Collaborate with inventors to comprehend their inventions and translate technical information into patent specifications

Perform freedom to operate, invalidity, infringement, and technology landscape analyses

Utilize various free and paid databases effectively for patent searching

Stay updated with advancements in science and technology to aid in the conceptual development of inventions

Ensure compliance with Patent law and other relevant regulations while handling patent-related matters

Exhibit strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey analysis results and insights to internal teams.

Collaborate with inventors to comprehend their inventions and translate technical information into patent specifications.
