Production Officer

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and manage the production process of injectable and sterile ointment products.

• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks and maintain accurate documentation of production activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the training and development of production staff.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and facility cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).

• 2-6 years of experience in a production role within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with injectables and sterile ointments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
