The Impact You Will Create:

• Implement and manage various test activities, including Behaviour Development (BDD), API testing, UI tests (browser and mobile), performance tests, security tests, exploratory testing, and accessibility testing, while adhering to the Global Test Strategy
• Work collaboratively across POD activities and cross-POD/Quality Engineering teams to ensure that testing dependencies and touch points are managed effectively
• Deliver well-structured, maintainable, and fully tested systems within scope, time, and budget, covering all development and support phases of project delivery
• Represent the Quality Engineering team in Scrum meetings and key project discussions, acting as the single point of accountability and escalation for testing within the POD
• Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders and communicate efficiently to provide timely updates
• Provide recommendations to the Product Owner and other stakeholders on the products readiness to go live
• Continuously contribute to the improvement of Quality Engineering processes and mentor Automation Test Engineers and Exploratory Testers in cross-functional teams
• Exhibit problem-solving skills by identifying workarounds to minimize the impact of blockers on delivery timelines
• Actively measure and address process gaps to drive improvements, adding value and enhancing team efficiency

What We Look For:

• 4-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with hands-on experience in automation, performance testing, and API testing
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks, BDD, and CI/CD tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working with Agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Experience with security, accessibility, and exploratory testing techniques
• Exposure to mentoring and guiding junior engineers is a plus
• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
