• Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
  
• Handle guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  
• Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions, including room assignments, billing, and guest information.
  
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for occupancy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in hospitality industry (front desk or similar role).
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle guest queries effectively.
  
• Proficiency in computer systems (e.g., PMS) for efficient record-keeping.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak periods or unexpected situations.
