Roles Responsibilities:
Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in the Pune location achieve monthly revenue targets.
Be responsible for end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about the company s offerings on a daily basis.
Responsible to Attend inquiries generated through the website and addressing needs concerns to fulfill buyer s expectations.
Develop relationships with Top Selling developers Investors and End-customers.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, and prices.
Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
Fixing up Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to HNI customers.
Converting prospects into buyers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates should be aggressive in Sales Marketing.
Communication skills should be good.
Must be presentable.
Must have excellent knowledge experience in the Sales profile.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients customers.
Excellent in Customer Relationship Customer Service.
Should have a positive attitude should be confident to accept new challenges.
Should have a focused mindset for Hardcore sales profile.
