Role & responsibilities

• Any shifts between 8 am to 10 pm
• Managing day-to-day operations and coordinating with internal and external customers. (H/K, Customers, Security, Retailers, Engineering)
• To ensure Hygiene in terms of H/K, Facade Cleaning, Pest Control, Horticulture Management, & Waste Management.
• Handling of VIP/Celebrity Guest and their movement in Mall.
• To ensure customer complaints are resolved within the time frame.
• Being responsible for following and maintaining various checklist
• Ensuring smooth coordination across various departments.
• Managing various mall services and ensuring customer satisfaction
