Front Desk Receptionist

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Ensure reception area & office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Maintain IN-OUT employee register
• Keep & Maintain daily Attendance record of staff
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Keep Courier Record & Tracking Report
• Track AMC record & Renewal
• Calling candidates & Arrange the interviews as per seniors instruction
• Decorate the office for holidays (Festivals)
• Support the office manager and administrative assistants

Preferred candidate profile

• Immediate Joiner preferred
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
