We have urgent openings for B.E/B.TECH/ Diploma ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS for Service Engineer

Job description:-

• Coordinating and ensuring completion of commissioning and service calls by assigning them to appropriate service engineers.
• Documenting complaints received via phone or mail from across India.
• Providing technical guidance to service engineers for resolving critical issues on-site.
• Organizing training sessions on new products for all service engineers.
• Receiving failure component photos/reports and conducting root cause analysis discussions with relevant departments.
• Conducting periodic site visits to conduct client feedback surveys and emphasize the importance of preventive maintenance, facilitating the creation of AMC contracts.
• Holding monthly review meetings with the Design and Production teams to discuss critical failures from the previous month.
• Generating monthly reports on pending service issues, service expenses, and client satisfaction to present to management for discussion.

Required Candidate profile:-

B.E/B.TECH/ Diploma ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

Experience 3 to 10 years of experience in any Electrical Service or Technical Support in Electrical Industry.
