Job Description
KALINGA PACKERS PVT LTD is looking for Logistic Incharge to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse activities
- Oversee the movement of goods and materials in and out
- Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in good condition
- Develop and maintain relationships with shipping and transportation vendors
- Negotiate rates with transportation vendors and work to optimize shipping costs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and supervise logistics staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all transportation and logistics regulations and policies
- Provide regular reports on logistics activities to senior management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
