Experience: Minimum 2 years in Powder Coating with supervisory experience
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily powder coating operations to ensure quality and productivity.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor performance.
• Ensure proper surface preparation, powder application, and curing processes.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet customer and company standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure job completion as per production schedule.
• Maintain inventory of powder materials and tools.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness.
• Prepare daily production reports and submit to management.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in powder coating operations.
• Knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of quality control standards.
• Familiarity with safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP data entry.
• Certification in powder coating or surface finishing.
