Job Description:

✅ 100% Lead-Based Sales Work on high-quality leads provided by the company.

✅ Connect with potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and offer the right solutions.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

✅ Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).

✔️ Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in BFSI/Insurance/Sales preferred.

✔️ Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
