Kaivalyadham Yoga Institute is looking for Assistant Executive Finance to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Financial Strategy and Planning: Executives in finance contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's financial strategy
- They collaborate with senior management to set financial goals, identify growth opportunities, and develop long-term financial plans
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: They oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts
- They ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, provide insights on financial performance, and recommend actions to improve financial results
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Executives in finance play a key role in the budgeting process
- They work with department heads to develop budgets, monitor spending, and analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures
- They also contribute to financial forecasting to support decision-making and resource allocation
- Financial Risk Management: They assess and manage financial risks within the organization
- This includes identifying potential risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations
- Capital Management and Investment Decisions: Executives in finance are involved in capital management and investment decisions
- They evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial analysis, and provide recommendations on capital allocation, acquisitions, mergers, or divestitures
- Financial Compliance and Governance: They ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies
- They maintain a strong control environment, conduct internal audits, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
