Data Analyst - SQL/Tableau (5-10 yrs)

Required skills :

- Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering.

- 5+ years of relevant work experience.

- Strong experience in SQL is required including writing complex queries, sub-queries, etc.

- Proficiency in building visualization using Tableau is required.

- Good experience working with Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders.

- Prior experience in creating Tableau dashboards related to HR/People analytics is a plus.

- Prior experience in creating tables and views within Snowflake is a major plus.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Strong team player and results-driven.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize data architecture to support the data needs of our rapidly growing business

- Mine data to create new insights into various areas as required by the business.

- Enhance Analytics automation and reduce the time taken to arrive at decision-making analysis.

- Create high-impact Tableau dashboards and data visualizations

- Manage Databases (including creating new Tables, Views, and Functions as required)
