Financial Planning & Analysis Role - NBFC (3-5 yrs)

Job Role: Financial Planning & Analysis- NBFC

Location: Mumbai

Key Role:

- Develop and provide inputs to the management accounting team on business parameters for quarterly projections and annual budget

- Build scalable solutions for management reporting in order to support business leaders in decision making

- Determine levers, action plans and their impacts at a business level

- Coupling the use of scenario and sensitivity analysis to forecast possible outcomes, and use this theoretical information to create key metrics for monitoring

- Continuously identify improvement opportunities, including the automation of reporting and analytics

- Give periodic briefs on company performance, assessing growth and addressing problem areas

- Help business leaders make better strategic decisions by enabling them through data and deep understanding of financial trade-offs

- Collaborate with multiple areas of the business to accurately reflect recent trends in all modelling and financial reporting

- Variance analysis at a business level and plan actions to close the gap

- Competitor analysis

Skills And Knowledge :

- A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative discipline

- 3-5 years of experience in a financial services or fintech

- Experience working in or with FP&A/strategic finance

- Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and in general, using programming as a tool to scale and solve problems

- Able to handle a high volume of transactions/data and discover trends, patterns and insights that can be shared with the relevant teams

- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modelling experience

- Microsoft Office/Google Suite proficiency
