Role & responsibilities

Supervision of daily plant activities

Preparation & revisions of SOPs & BMR related to production

following the SOP activities with Training & maintaining the log sheets

Preparing shift schedules & daily production schedule & daily production report.

Fill & review BMR of all products

Coordination with QA & QC department for quality compliance of all the products

Coordination with supply chain & purchase for material management

Present monthly production & down time reports to HOD.

Maintaining the cGMP practices in processing, packaging & material movement

Shift handling as per production planning work received from SCM or HOD.

Responsible for streamline production of medical devices, component washing & ETO activities

Checking & verifying material received from production

Investigation & RCA for any deviation arising from production

To investigate, monitor & review, update QMS i.e change management, deviation management, CAPA, self audit as per ISO 13485 & ISO 9001

Handling of regulatory inspection at site.

Training to downline employees for smooth production flow.

Coordination from medical device production for PPIC related activities

Implementation of 6S lean system at production workplace

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from medial device production experienced would be preferred.
